"Innovation isn't just a goal—it's a way of life"
Why I started LUX WMN
Early in my career, I was a young woman at executive level in an international law firm, surrounded almost entirely by men. Traditional networking never felt right to me. What did make a difference was finding the few other women around me and building something together.
In 2019, I founded LUX WMN to extend that support to many more women. What began as a magazine and business club in Luxembourg has grown into a national community of women building businesses and careers on their own terms.
I bring over 20 years of experience across education, law and media. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Women's Studies, a Master's Degree in Education (Curriculum & Design) and a Doctorate in Law (J.D.).
I've worked as a teacher in an inner-city school in Chicago, trained in the prosecutor's office, and led business initiatives across the globe, developing strategy across many cultures. As Global Business Development Manager of an international law firm, I worked closely with brands such as Apple, MTV and Kimberly-Clark.
Today I lead Culture.Style.Life. and LUX WMN, and for the last 8 years I've worked with businesses and women entrepreneurs in Luxembourg as a business strategist.
For the past 8 years I’ve also been a professor at Miami University’s Luxembourg campus, where I teach International Marketing and Business Communications.

Amanda is a business-savvy and pragmatic executive with over 20 years of professional experience in various sectors including education, law and media. Amanda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies, a Master’s Degree in Education (Curriculum & Design) and a Doctorate in Law (J.D.).
She previously worked as a teacher in an inner city school in Chicago, trained in the prosector's office and has extensive experience leading business initiatives across the globe with a proven ability to influence change and develop strategy across a variety of cultures. She led numerous worldwide initiatives as the Global Business Development Manager of an international law firm working closely with brands such as Apple, MTV and Kimberly Clark.
Amanda currently leads the business and expansion efforts of her company CSL & LUX WMN. She founded LUX WMN Magazine and Business Club in 2019 and has been working with various businesses and female entrepreneurs in Luxembourg as a business strategist for the last 8 years.
Amanda has been working in the academic world for the past 7 years as a professor at Miami University. She is the professor leading Miami University’s Digital Innovation program along with teaching International Marketing and Business Communications at their campus in Luxembourg.
