We’re back after the summer break and kicking off la rentrée season with inspiration, connection, and community. This month, we’re thrilled to welcome LUX WMN member Katja Kümpel (Sophrologist, Hypnotherapist, and Human Design Coach) for an interactive session that will challenge the old “work hard, play hard” mentality and introduce a new perspective: working less hard, but far more aligned.

Katja will guide us in exploring how Human Design reveals your natural way of making decisions, using your energy, and creating success without burning out. To make the experience tangible, she’ll also lead us through short Sophrology practices, giving you practical tools to embody alignment in your daily life.
