Hi, my name is Paola Dumet and creating a safe and judgment-free container for your own light to flourish seems to be my forte.   As an energy and well-being practitioner and life coach, I accompany you to find ease in the mind, body and spirit, through gentle yet very powerful healing tools from the fields of Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine.

I’m a certified Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Energy Psychology practitioner, as well as an Usui Reiki master,  art therapist and life coach. I am passionate about accompanying families (including children and youth), caregivers and teachers in learning practical energy tools for emotional regulation, releasing stress and anxiety, clearing old patterns, balancing energy and restoring health.

I offer in-person or on-line individual sessions as well as group workshops, and my work combines EFT-Tapping, Energy Psychology, Reiki, Heart Coherence, Art Therapy, and Meditation.  Originally from Ecuador, I am based in beautiful Luxembourg and work in English, Spanish and French.  I am here to accompany you in your journey with love, joy and compassion.
