For more than 17 years, I have been working in the beauty industry in Luxembourg. I am the owner of So’Phy, a beauty institute known for the quality of its treatments and the refined client experience I have built over the years.

I founded Lux Beauty Consult (LBC) in 2024, after personally experiencing the challenges that come with stepping into the role of a business owner: endless days, administrative overload, financial pressure, team management… until I reached a point where I felt like I was drowning under responsibilities.Like many women entrepreneurs, I went through that phase where you try to do everything perfectly, but end up stretched thin.

This reality — far more common than we admit — inspired me to create a support service that is human, practical, and truly helpful, dedicated to professionals in the beauty sector.

Through Lux Beauty Consult, I guide owners of beauty institutes, wellness centers and hair salons in four key areas profitability, team management, customer experience, retail & service upselling.

My approach focuses on clarifying numbers, structuring processes, empowering teams, and elevating the client journey — enabling business owners to regain clarity, organisation, and a more serene daily life.

I work across Luxembourg and neighbouring regions, with a kind, structured and results-driven approach.
